Refunds policy
We try to be as fair as possible with cancellations, refunds and transfers, as we understand that circumstances change with unpredictable work and personal commitments.
The following applies to the Premium day course, Premium mini-mock and individual tuition sessions
If a cancellation is requested at least 28 days prior to the course date* AND we are able to find a replacement candidate for the session, we will be able to provide a partial or full refund. All refunds will include a deduction of the cost of the lecture series subscription, and administrative costs.
If a cancellation is requested less than 28 days prior to the course date, we will not be able to provide a refund.
If a transfer to a course on a different date is requested at least 28 days prior to the course date, and we are able to find a replacement candidate for the date currently booked, then we will offer a transfer free of charge. If a transfer to a course on a later date is requested less than 28 days prior to the course date, we will not be able to facilitate this.
*The course date refers to the date of the scheduled Premium day course, Premium mini-mock or individual tuition session.
The following applies to the lecture series
Due to the nature of the format of the lecture series, we do not offer refunds on the lecture series.
Fair usage policy
All sales are for the use of the individual purchaser only and group purchases or sharing of login details or links are not permitted. All CASC In Hand products are for the use of the purchaser only and no content should be shared with others.
If inappropriate use of the content is suspected or detected, any purchase will be cancelled without financial reimbursement.
Personal Data
No personal data collected by CASC In Hand will be circulated to 3rd parties.
